During the solar design and assessment phase, Island Energy’s C.E.C accredited installers and team members visited the site multiple times to provide management with a clear path forward, assessing the electrical and structural suitability as well as the financial viability of installing solar. This approach provided Autopro Noosa's management team with confidence to proceed with our expertise and recommendations.

The total system cost $29,950.00 but after government rebates that Island Energy helped to secure including -$15,345.00 federal rebate the final upfront cost was just $17,600.00 which will pay for itself within 3.77 years.
Accredited Electricians undertook a comprehensive assessment of the property to ensure electrical and Grid requirements of the Distributed Network Service Provider would be met. The solar system took 2 x days for 4 x electricians to install.
We worked with Business Owner, Mr. Keyn Lee to ensure that Autopro Noosa could still operate and trade during the 2 day installation. This approach meant that the business was able to make money whilst saving money all at the same time!
The system will generate significant annual Environmental Benefits, with CO2-e offsets such as:
- 784 trees being planted p/year
- 13,020L (litres) of petrol avoided being used p/year
- 14,797 kg of coal avoided being burnt p/year
